Manhattan might be corrupted by chaos and inhumanity (rather than ahumanity, I guess) if he moved to the psychic galaxy of WH40k but I think that if Dr. Hail his name the Master of Humanity. He does still ahve an effect on the world around him, but he can't speak except through a text to speech device, move, or do anything but be a giant warp traffic light for Navigators.
